Welcome To Almaty

Arrival at the Almaty International Airport. Clear your customs & immigration procedures. Meet and greet by your English-speaking guide. Later, you will be transferred from the airport to your hotel. Chocolates & refreshing napkins will be served on your vehicle. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi on your vehicle. Please ask your guide for login details. After reaching your hotel, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. The rest of the day will be free at leisure. You can either enjoy the hotel amenities or you can go through your nearby surroundings on your own. Later, enjoy an overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 02
Shymbulak Mountain + Walking Tour of Panfilov Promenade & Arbat Street

Breakfast at the hotel. After Breakfast, get ready for a day full of adventures and thrills. Visit the Shymbulak mountains – Level 3 via Gondola. In just 1 hour, you can get from Almaty city center to its highest point (3200 meters) and drink coffee in the highest bar in the CIS using a 3-tier world-class Gondola. On Shymbulak, you can have a great time even if you can’t ski or snowboard. All-day entertainment for the whole family is provided by cafes and restaurants with excellent cuisine, an observation deck with powerful binoculars that rotate 360 degrees, and a playground. For those who want to enjoy the mountain silence and admire the snowy slopes, the resort offers high-class hotels and various kinds of adventure activities such as Ziplining, Paragliding, Horse riding, etc. Later, enjoy your lunch in Shymbulak on a choice of your restaurant in the city on your own. Later, proceed to your hotel for some relaxation. Later after relaxing, embark on the Panfilov Promenade & Arbat Street walking tour. Walk around the Panfilov promenade. The promenade which overlooks the Kazakh Opera & Ballet Theatre is lined with small shops, eateries, and cafes & beautiful lights. Day 03
Almaty City Tour + Koktobe Hills

Breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, embark on an Almaty City Tour. Explore the city of Almaty by quickly getting acquainted with discovering major areas of interest – During this introductory tour, you will visit the First President Park, Republic Square, State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Museums at the Academy of Sciences, Abay Square, Kazakhstan Hotel, and Palace of the Republic. On your onward journey, visit the Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral. Later, enjoy your lunch on your own. Proceed to your hotel for some relaxation. After relaxing, visit to KokeTobe Hill

KokTobe is the highest point in the city of Almaty standing on a 1100 m hill at the south-east edge of the city. It is worth a visit to KokTobe because of its panoramic view of the city from all directions. To reach KokTobe Hill, one should take a cable car ride which starts near Hotel Novotel and goes over some of the oldest parts of Almaty and the magnificent fruit-growing gardens. Once you reach the KokTobe hill, you will see the famous 372 m high TV Tower which is visible from far away and offers great views of the mountains and the city plus many attractions at the top including many restaurants serving cuisines from across the globe. After completing your day, return to your hotel, enjoy your dinner on your own, and overnight stay in Almaty.

Almaty Green Bazaar & Rakhat Chocolate Shop

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, head straight towards the Zelyony Bazaar located close to the Panfilov Park in Almaty, also known as the Green Bazaar. This bazaar is your typical local market where you can purchase everything starting from meat to spices to fruits to even clothes and furniture. The key to shopping here is that you should have a flair for bargaining, and you can get everything at a very reasonable rate. You will be delighted to see the colorful atmosphere and the variety of goods available.

After that, visit the famous Rakhat Chocolate shop located next to the Green Bazaar. Rakhat, which means "pleasure" in Kazakh is the oldest manufacturer of chocolates dating back to almost 70 years. They also make chocolates for people suffering from diabetes and their low-calorie products like candies, cookies, and waffles for people and tourists. Later after Green Bazaar and Rakhat, plan the rest of your shopping day on your own. Almaty is a paradise for all your shopping, so you can head to some of the major malls that the city offers. We recommend Dostyk Plaza, Esentai Mall & Mega Mall for high-end quality shopping. Later after the whole day, return to your hotel. Relax and freshen up. Enjoy an overnight stay in Almaty.

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Hotel:

  • The above offer is not valid on blackout dates / Peak Dates. Please speak to our holiday expert for further information.
  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
