Day 01
Welcome To Almaty

Arrival at the Almaty International Airport. Clear your customs & immigration procedures. Meet and greet by your English-speaking guide. Later, you will be transferred from the airport to your hotel. Chocolates & refreshing napkins will be served on your vehicle. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi on your vehicle. Please ask your guide for login details. After reaching your hotel, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. The rest of the day will be free at leisure. You can either enjoy the hotel amenities or you can go through your nearby surroundings on your own. Later, enjoy an overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 02
Shymbulak Mountain + Walking Tour of Panfilov Promenade & Arbat Street

Breakfast at the hotel. After Breakfast, get ready for a day full of adventures and thrills. Visit the Shymbulak mountains – Level 3 via Gondola. In just 1 hour, you can get from Almaty city center to its highest point (3200 meters) and drink coffee in the highest bar in the CIS using a 3-tier world-class Gondola. On Shymbulak, you can have a great time even if you can’t ski or snowboard. All-day entertainment for the whole family is provided by cafes and restaurants with excellent cuisine, an observation deck with powerful binoculars that rotate 360 degrees, and a playground. For those who want to enjoy the mountain silence and admire the snowy slopes, the resort offers high-class hotels and various kinds of adventure activities such as Ziplining, Paragliding, Horse riding, etc. Later, enjoy your lunch in Shymbulak on a choice of your restaurant in the city on your own. Later, proceed to your hotel for some relaxation. Later after relaxing, embark on the Panfilov Park & Arbat Street walking tour. Walk around the Panfilov promenade. The promenade which overlooks the Kazakh Opera & Ballet Theatre is lined with small shops, eateries, and cafes & beautiful lights. Almaty City Tour + Koktobe Hills

Breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, embark on an Almaty City Tour. Explore the city of Almaty by quickly getting acquainted with discovering major areas of interest – During this introductory tour, you will visit the First President Park, Republic Square, State Opera and Ballet Theatre, Museums at the Academy of Sciences, Abay Square, Kazakhstan Hotel, and Palace of the Republic. On your onward journey, visit the Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral. Later, enjoy your lunch on your own. Proceed to your hotel for some relaxation. After relaxing, visit to KokeTobe Hill

KokTobe is the highest point in the city of Almaty standing on a 1100 m hill at the south-east edge of the city. It is worth a visit to KokTobe because of its panoramic view of the city from all directions. To reach KokTobe Hill, one should take a cable car ride which starts near Hotel Novotel and goes over some of the oldest parts of Almaty and the magnificent fruit-growing gardens. Once you reach the KokTobe hill, you will see the famous 372 m high TV Tower which is visible from far away and offers great views of the mountains and the city plus many attractions at the top including many restaurants serving cuisines from across the globe. After completing your day, return to your hotel, enjoy your dinner on your own, and overnight stay in Almaty.

  • No bookings or blocking have been made as yet.
  • Confirmation of your selection is purely based on availability at the time of booking.
  • Please note, as per Income Tax Department rules, you will be charged 5% TCS on the total invoicing amount for every confirmed booking at the time of final confirmation which will be redeemable when filing your personal IT returns (Effective from 01st Oct 2020). Lead passenger Pan Card Copy will also be required as per RBI guidelines at the time of final confirmation.

Hotel:

  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
