Cape Town – Arrival:

After arriving at Cape Town International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Check in and freshen up. Cape Town is one of the most popular long-haul destinations in the world. Due to its unique topography, it is also one of the easiest places in which to orientate oneself as long as you remember that with Table Mountain behind you and Robben Island before you; you are facing north, looking across Table Bay and up the west coast of Africa.

The day is free for leisure, you can experience Cape Town's nightlife on your own or simply relax at the hotel.

Cape Town - City Tour

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel. After Breakfast, get ready for Cape Town's mother city tour. Here you will explore the Scenic coastal drive through Clifton & Sea Point. Pass by the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, and the South African Museum. Visit historical sites like District Six, Bo-Kaap, and the Slave Lodge then End the city tour at bustling Greenmarket Square. After the tour, you Proceed to the Table Mountain cable car station (weather permitting) for a thrilling ride to the top. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. If Table Mountain is not accessible due to weather conditions, a visit to Signal Hill will be an alternative. In the evening Return to your hotel for some rest and relaxation. Choose from a variety of dinner options, either at your hotel or at a restaurant of your choice on your own. Cape Town - Peninsula Tour

Have breakfast at your hotel. This tour shows you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and why it is it's called the Fairest Cape. Depart from your hotel and start the scenic drive along the Atlantic Seaboard, passing through Sea Point, Camps Bay, Clifton, and Llandudno. Marvel at the beautiful beaches and coastline. Continue the journey towards Hout Bay, a charming coastal town known for its picturesque harbor. Optionally, you can take a short boat trip to Seal Island (at additional cost). Drive along Chapman's Peak, one of the most breathtaking coastal roads in the world, offering stunning views of the ocean and cliffs. Pass through Noordhoek and Scarborough, enjoying the scenic beauty of the area. Arrive at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, a diverse and beautiful nature reserve at the southwestern tip of Africa. Cape Town –Robben Island

Have breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, depart from your hotel to the V&A Waterfront, where you'll board a ferry to Robben Island. The ferry ride offers scenic views of Cape Town and Table Mountain from the water. Arrive at Robben Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and take a guided tour led by former political prisoners. Cape Town – Departure.

Have breakfast at your hotel. Complete the check-out process at the hotel and settle any outstanding bills. You may have some free time in the morning to relax or do any last-minute souvenir shopping if your flight is in the afternoon or evening. Later you meet your designated transfer service at the hotel. They will assist you with your luggage and ensure a comfortable journey to the airport. Arrive at Cape Town International Airport in advance of your scheduled flight departure time. Complete the check-in process and go through security checks. Board your flight back home, carrying with you the wonderful memories of your time in Cape Town.

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • No bookings or blocking have been made as yet.
  • Confirmation of your selection is purely based on availability at the time of booking.
  • Please note, as per Income Tax Department rules, you will be charged 5% TCS on the total invoicing amount for every confirmed booking at the time of final confirmation which will be redeemable when filing your personal IT returns (Effective from 01st Oct 2020). Lead passenger Pan Card Copy will also be required as per RBI guidelines at the time of final confirmation.

Hotel:

  • The above offer is not valid on blackout dates / Peak Dates. Please speak to our holiday expert for further information.
  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air-fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of the departure date.
  • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of the departure date.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

If you Cancel your Holiday:

  • Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.
  • Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.
  • Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by the local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
