After completing the necessary airport procedures, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo. Sit back and relax as you journey to your accommodation. Check-in at your hotel and take some time to freshen up and unwind after your travels. Please note that the standard check-in time at most hotels is around 14:00, so if you arrive in the morning, you may need to store your luggage until your room is ready. Arrival to Aswan – Boarding the Nile cruise – Philae, High Dam

Upon landing in Aswan, you will be warmly greeted by our representative then, start your Aswan exploration by visiting the Philae Temple, located on the picturesque Island of Agilika. Philae Temple is dedicated to the goddess Isis and has a romantic and majestic atmosphere. The temple was relocated to its current location after the construction of the Aswan High Dam to protect it from the rising waters of the Nile. After Philae Temple, head to the Aswan High Dam. The High Dam is a significant engineering marvel built across the Nile River to control flooding and generate hydroelectric power. It has played a crucial role in Egypt's development and economy. Kom Ombo – Edfu

For those interested you opt for the optional tour, early in the morning, you'll have the opportunity to visit the awe-inspiring Abu Simbel Temples at your own. These temples are located about 230 kilometers southwest of Aswan, and they are famous for their massive rock-cut structures, primarily dedicated to Pharaoh Ramesses II and his wife Nefertari. The Abu Simbel Temples are UNESCO World Heritage Sites and a must-visit for their historical and architectural significance. After the optional tour to Abu Simbel or for those who didn't participate in the tour, enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet on board the Nile Cruise as you sail back to Aswan. As the cruise sails on the Nile River, you'll be heading towards the city of Kom Ombo, located approximately 48 kilometers north of Aswan. Once you arrive in Kom Ombo, you'll disembark and visit the magnificent Temple of Kom Ombo. Monuments of Ancient Thebes – Back to Cairo

Start your day with breakfast on board the Nile Cruise as you prepare for a day of sightseeing. After breakfast, disembark from the cruise and head to the west bank of Luxor to explore the Valley of the Kings. This ancient burial site houses the tombs of many pharaohs of the New Kingdom, including the tomb of Tutankhamun. Explore the beautifully decorated tombs and learn about the fascinating history of ancient Egyptian royalty. Following the Valley of the Kings, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as Deir el-Bahri. This impressive temple is dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the few female pharaohs in ancient Egypt. On your way back to the Nile River, you'll pass by the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air-fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of the departure date.
  • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of the departure date.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

If you Cancel your Holiday:

  • Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.
  • Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.
  • Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by the local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
