Day 01
Arrival at Baku & Transfer to Gabala + Tufandag and Nohur Lake

Arrival at the Baku International Airport. Complete your customs. Meet and greet from our representative and transfer to Gabala. Gabala is located in the northern part of Azerbaijan and it takes around a 3.5-hour drive from Baku to reach. After reaching your hotel in Gabala, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. Later, embark towards Nohur Lake. This lake is located between mountains and dense lush forest which makes this lake more beautiful and scenic. You can also enjoy lake boating activities at the lake or you can just enjoy the scenic views and capture pictures. After Nohur Lake, visit the iconic Tufandag Mountain. It is a mountain peak located around 4191m above sea level. From the starting point, you have to take a scenic cable car ride (Entrance) to reach the peak point. After reaching, you can enjoy a lot of snow activities like Skiing, snowboarding, sledding, etc. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes to offer your delicious food and drinks in a chilled and thrilling atmosphere. After completing the day, return to your hotel. Relax and freshen up. Enjoy an overnight stay in Gabala.

Gabala - Historical Sheki Exploration

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, get ready for a day full of Gabala Exploration. Start your day by visiting the historical Palace of Sheki Khans (Photostop). This palace is known for its beautiful stained-glass windows and Persian architecture. After that, visit the iconic Church of Kish (Photostop). It is one of the oldest church in Gabala surrounded by beautiful mountains and green forest. After that, visit the Sheki Karvansaray (Photostop), which used to be a place for the Silk Road traders. Enjoy a photo stop there. After the day, return to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Gabala.

Gabala To Baku + Baku’s Cultural Heritage Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, check-out from your hotel in Gabala and transfer to Baku. After reaching Baku, complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up for the rest of the day. Later embark on a city tour of Baku. Visit the iconic Shirvanshah Palace (Photostop). This is an old historical Palace in Baku and also the First UNESCO World Heritage Site in Azerbaijan. Baku - Day Trip to Shahdag and Red Village Exploration

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on a Day trip to the Shahdag Mountain. Shahdag is located in the northern part of Azerbaijan and this resort is Azerbaijan’s largest winter resort. It will be a 03 hour's drive from Baku to reach Shahdag. After reaching the starting point, enjoy a cable car ride (included) with a beautiful scenic view towards the top. After reaching the top, you can enjoy snow activities, food, adventure, and scenic views. Later, after Shahdag Mountain, visit Quba also known as the Red Village in Baku. It Is known for being the largest Jewish community based in that village. Explore the place, learn the history, and enjoy the surroundings. Day 05
Ateshgah Temple (Fire Temple) + Gobustan Museum + Mud volcano

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, embark on a day of exploration in Baku. Visit the first sightseeing of the day, the Yanar Dag (Entrance). This mountain is known for its natural gas-burning fire which is still active. It has been burning for centuries. This mountain is also known as the Fire Mountain. After Yanar Dag, visit the next sightseeing, the Ashtegah Temple (included) which is also known as the Fire Temple. Explore the temple and learn about the history of the temple with our tour guide. Later enjoy your lunch and visit the Gobustan Museum (Entrance). Reach the museum and explore the history and ancient home and workshops there.   • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

Hotel:

  • Rates / Hotels / Room Types may vary at the time of actual booking and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • City tax if any levied in European countries, Malaysia, Dubai among others needs to be paid directly. These charges range from 1 to 5 per room per night depending on the level of the hotel.
  • Mandatory fees for Gala Dinner on the New Years Eve and Christmas Eve to be payable directly at the hotel at the time of check in if applicable.

Sightseeing:

  • Any increase in the rate of exchange leads to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Tours operated on a SIC basis will start from a central point located in the city Centre. Also for drop-off some tours may or may not provide drop-off (if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city Centre point).
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Unutilized services are not refundable.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.
  • Tips to Drivers and guides are customary in most countries, and vary between USD 4 - 6 per person per day.
  • Any item NOT specified in the above itinerary will incur supplement charges.

Self-Drive:

  • License: Indian or International as per the law.
  • Credit card under the renter&39s name.
  • 2 credit cards are required under the renter&39s name if luxury cars like BMW are rented.
  • All parking, fuel and toll charges needs to be paid directly.

Cruise:

  • All the cruise liners worldwide apply gratuity to be paid and is compulsory. The same needs to be paid directly at the cruise or can be prepaid through us.
  • Booking Amount:
    • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Group Cancellation:
    • Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the departure date: 50% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellation within 30 days or less of the departure date: 100% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • Visa Rejection:
    • In case of visa rejection:
      • Passengers are responsible for cancellation charges on flights, hotels, and land packages as per the policy.
      • Passengers are responsible for full visa fees including processing charges, ODMV fees if applicable.
  • Partial Refund:
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the necessary charges, including the non-refundable booking amount.
