  • The allotment of zone in Mina/ Arafat is in the hands of Ministry of Hajj. We are not responsible for the same
  • Stay in Aziziyah building 4 days before and 4 days after Hajj. Room sharing in Aziziyah shall be 4/5/6 persons in a room. Private room in Aziziyah is chargeable at an additional cost and subject to availability
  • Package is 100% non-refundable irrespective of any reason
  • People who are old, age above 50 years old must be accompanied by a relative for their assistance
  • Hajj is an arduous and strenuous pilgrimage involving walking up to 25 km in a day in extremely harsh climatic conditions of KSA. In view of the same and looking at the higher vulnerability and health risk to pilgrims aged a medical check-up report for the pilgrims is mandatory
  • in order to ensure that only healthy pilgrims proceed for Hajj
  • Considering the extreme conditions, people with medical disability are not recommended to travel for Hajj. However, even if the pilgrims wish to travel then the blood relative/ spouse of such a person is completely responsible for the safety and assistance of the said pilgrim
  • Above prices are based on Ex-Mumbai airline tickets. The pricing will increase if you depart from any other city
  • Applicable for Indian Passport holders only. Passengers holding OCI are not eligible
  • Age limit - to be above 5 years (subject to Hajj Policy 2025)
  • Intending pilgrims should be fully vaccinated with an approved WHO Covid-19 vaccine at least one month before actual departure for Hajj
  • PCR test to be done within 72 hrs. of departure to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (if applicable)
  • Moallim number & services in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah and allotment will be as per the new policy of ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia
  • Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim Qurbani is not included and is subject to the local Municipal Laws of Makkah Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained Rooms in Makkah & Madinah hotels are normally as follows:
  • Double Room = 2 Normal Beds, Triple Room = 2 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed

  • Services in Mina and Arafat are governed  by the Saudi Government and subject to change without prior notice. Services like, location of tents, sofa beds etc can be recalled anytime, even on the day of your stay in Mina.
  • No refund shall be given under any circumstances
  • Transportation for Tawaf-E-Ziyarah is excluded. Transportation in Hajj is provided by Mollims. Muzdalifah to Mina Transport is excluded. Transportation from shifting hotel to Haram during the shifting period stay is on own
