Day 01
ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU

Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal. Upon arrival at the airport, clear all the immigration formalities, and outside the airport, our team members will be waiting outside with the Pla-card. You will then be transferred to the hotel. After refreshment then visit Kathmandu Durbar Square. Kathmandu, the largest city of Nepal is the political as well as the cultural capital of the country. Kathmandu is blessed by a living goddess. The Kumari Devi is the most important of several living goddesses in Nepal. We will then walk across the Ason Bazaar exploring the spices and vegetable market. In the evening you can head over to Thamel, the main tourist hub where you can have time at the bar or club. Overnight stay in Kathmandu. Remaining day at leisure or stroll around the Thamel area. Overnight at Hotels in Kathmandu.

EXPLORE IN KATHMANDU

After breakfast at the hotel, set out to explore different UNESCO heritage sites in Kathmandu Valley; boddhanath stupa & Pashupatinath Darshan… Morning Pasupatinath Temple Darshan The magnificent Pashupatinath temple which with its astonishing architectural beauty is situated on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Pashupatinath is also Nepal's most renowned Hindu cremation site. Then, visit Bouddhanath Stupa Bouddhanath Stupa the largest stupa in the world Boudhanath Stupa built in the fifth century. Boudhanath is one of the most imposing landmark and a center of Tibetan Buddhism. The stupa stands on a massive three level mandala style platform. This stupa is one of the largest in the world. In the evening again we will move towards to Pashupatinath temple to see Aarati puja. Witness the Aarati puja. A sacred ritual performed by the pujaris offering lightings and singing bhajans along with other many Hindu devotees making the whole environment enchantingly beautiful. The puja starts the evening at around 6::00PM. Pashupatinath Temple Aarti's timings are in the evening from 6-7:30 pm. Later drive back to the hotel. Overnight at Hotels in Kathmandu.

Day 03
CHANDRAGIRI HILLS & SWOYAMBHUNATH VISIT

Today After breakfast drive towards Thankot for your trip to Chandragiri Hills. Chandragiri Hill is seven kilometers from Thankot and lies on the south-west side of Kathmandu Valley which is 2551 metres above sea level. The hill provides panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley and the Himalayan ranges from Annapurna to Everest. Every year during the winter season the hill receives a plummeting amount of domestic as well as an international tourist enjoying the rare snowfall that generally lasts for a few weeks.At the top of the hill lies the temple of Bhaleshwor Mahadev. The temple is believed to have been erected at one of these sites, where Satidevi's forehead ('Bhala') had fallen. Then Continue Visit towards Swayambhunath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, situate in the top hill within the Kathmandu valley.   • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel&39s discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • We will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation. 

    * Note: Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended while traveling to Nepal.
  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air-fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of the departure date.
  • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of the departure date.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

If you Cancel your Holiday:

  • Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.
  • Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.
  • Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by the local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
