Umrah, the sacred pilgrimage to Mecca, holds immense importance for Muslims worldwide. When performed during the month of Moharram, the first month of the Islamic lunar calendar, it takes on a special significance. Moharram is a time of reflection, remembrance, and seeking forgiveness. Muslims from all corners of the globe embark on this spiritual journey during Moharram, eager to experience the blessings and rewards associated with performing Umrah in this holy month. The rituals of Umrah remain unchanged throughout the year, involving tawaf (circumambulation around the Kaaba), sa'i (walking between Safa and Marwa), and various acts of worship and supplication. Engaging in Umrah during Moharram allows individuals to deepen their spiritual connection, attain spiritual rejuvenation, and draw closer to Allah through devotion and prayer. It is a time of devotion and self-reflection, enabling believers to enhance their spirituality and seek forgiveness for past transgressions.

Notes:

  • All Prices quoted are per person and include airfare for illustrative delineation
  • If Non PAN Card or LRS limit exceeds of Rs.7 Lakh, then TCS 20% is applicable 
  • In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
  • Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge of Rs.3000/ per person.
  • Flight Tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 37,000. The final price, however, is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
  • Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
  • Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
  • Hotel Distance may vary. Distances given are from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E-Nabvi. Hotel Direction are Google Verified.
  • Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.      
  • Rooms in Makkah & Madina Hotels are normally as follows:
  • Double Room = 2 Normal Beds, Triple Room = 2 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed
  • Quad Room = 2 Normal Beds + 2 Extra Beds
  • Food provided will be on Full/Board basis by the hotel management.
  • No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
  • The tour dates, Flight schedule and Tour Itinerary programs are provisional and subject to change as per Flight availability etc. And Program shall be followed as per the English Calendar only. In case of Fare difference arises, then the customer shall bear it.
  • Tour Operator reserves the right to provide similar Hotels / Flights. No refund shall be given in such cases. In case of Fare difference arises, then the customer shall bear it.
  • In case of deviation, deviation charges will apply.
  • The tour costs are based on Saudi Riyal @ Rs.22.50/. Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers.
  • If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear the additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.
  • We are not responsible for any luggage losses, Injuries, damages, Accidents and additional expenses due to any reason, not limited to, delay of flight, act of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, personal injuries, damages related to laundry.
  • Services, Itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.
  •  Complimentary ZAM ZAM will be given only if accepted by the Airlines at the airport.
  • Arabic dates may be changed subject to sighting of moon.
  • Subject to BTQ passengers
  • Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only
  • The Company is merely an aggregator of services and the company shall not be responsible for and deficiency in services or any part there of which is pertaining to third party service providers.

Booking Policy

  • Pay minimum Rs.37,000/- amount per person to book your package
  • 50% of the amount to be paid between 21 to 30 days before departure date.
  • Final 100% amount to be paid 20 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without prior notice.
  • Book through NEFT/RTGS or Cheque.
  • If your booking is routed through any of our Booking Center the Tour cost shall remain the same as applicable. Atlas Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any cash transactions at any booking centers.

 

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.

  • Rs.10000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE
  • 50% of the Package amount if cancelled between 21 to 30 days before departure.
  • 100% of the Package amount is NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled within 21 days of departure.
  • Date Change Penalty Rs.10000/- per person PLUS other charges if any. For Changes made between 21 to 30 Days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.
  • Within 20 Days of departure date no date change is applicable or else the above cancellations shall apply.
