Arrival in Delhi - Drive to Shimla (340 kms / approx. 7hours)

Trip to Kufri

Drive to Kufri after breakfast. This is a popular picnic spot located 16km from Shimla. You may hike on foot to the Mahasu Peak or pay for a mule ride up the hill. Mahasu is the tallest peak in Kufri that gives tourists an amazing view of distant snow-capped peaks. In the afternoon return to Shimla and visit Viceregal Lodge, Christ Church, St. Michael's Cathedral (Subject to availability due to Current restriction -COVID 19), and visitJakhu the temple. In the evening, take a walk on Shimla’s famous boulevard, Mall Road. See fine specimens of colonial architecture, snack at the various eateries in the market, or shop for souvenirs. Day 05
Rohtang Pass & Atal Tunnel

After breakfast, we shall move to Rohtang pass (13,050ft) via Kothi, Gulaba, Beas Nala and Marhi. Spend some time at Rohtang pass and then continue your journey to Koksarafter descending down from the opposite side. En-route lunch (at own), we shall move to the northern end (North Portal) of the Atal tunnel after crossing the Chandra bridge. Enjoy traversing the world’s longest highway tunnel above 10,000ft from sea level. The tunnel is equipped with ultra-modern safety and other technical instruments. You will not lose your mobile network and high-speed 4G internet (BSNL only) even inside the tunnel. Then you will exit the tunnel from its southern end (South portal) at Dhundi. You will observe that you had entered the tunnel from the barren but beautiful land of Lahaul and exited at the green place at Dhundi. Then continue your trip to Solang valley. After spending some time at Solang, return back to Manali. At Solang, you can enjoy Gondola rides (ropeway), horse riding, zorbing, paragliding, ATV ride, and many more adventure activities. Overnight stay in Manali.

  • Vehicle Booked on a Private basis will not be at disposal (Full day), it will be provided as per itinerary and point to point basis.

  • Disposal vehicle will be only available to guests if it is mentioned in the Inclusions Tab. Vehicles with disposal facility will operate only within the city limits and not intercity for day excursions.
  • Disposal vehicles do not operate between 22:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs and supplement charges will be applicable to operate between these timings.

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

  • Atlas Holidays will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation. 

  • Special Instruction due to current COVID19 situations:

  • ï‚·All tourists would either have to present a vaccination completion certificate or a COVID-19 negative report at least 72 hours before the scheduled travel or physically after arrival at the respective airports, this may vary as per State GOVT policies.

  • ï‚·Tourists have to keep a copy of the itinerary, may behave to submit their itinerary indicating the places to be visited, the place they’ll be staying at, and the respective contact numbers to the concerned health officials at the airport.

  • ï‚·They will also have to self-isolate from other group members in a room or area and use a face mask till the time they are examined by a doctor.

  • 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
  • Air-fare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
  • 100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 15 days of the departure date.
  • 100% payment is to be made for international packages before 30 days of the departure date.
  • In case of cancellation, standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

If you Cancel your Holiday:

  • Cancellation policy charged by the local vendor depending on the season of travel will be applicable and the same needs to be accepted by the Guest.

  • Bookings Confirmed under Non-Refundable/Amendable/Cancellable Policy will be charged 100% once the booking gets confirmed.

  • Any on tour issues/changes or cancellation needs to be settled by local vendor/driver during the course of the tour and no refunds or issues will be entertained post-tour completion.

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
