Day 01
Srinagar - House Boat

Arrival at the Srinagar Airport. Upon arrival, you will meet the tour manager at the airport and proceed to Srinagar city, known as 'Heaven on Earth'. Today, we experienced a stay in floating boats, famously known as Kashmiri houseboats, which are designed with local interiors.

Reach the Kashmiri Houseboats and complete the check-in process. Relax and freshen up. The rest of the time will be free for you to relax. Enjoy your dinner and Overnight stay in the Kashmiri Houseboat.

Day 02
Srinagar – Pahalgam

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, check-out from your hotel in Srinagar and transfer to Pahalgam also known as the Valley of Shepherds.  Enroute, we view the Saffron fields at Pampore. Followed by, a visit to the Aishmuqam. The Aishmuqam Dargah is dedicated to Sufi saint Sheikh Zain-ud-Din Wali, a sacred shrine within a hilltop cave. Renowned for its serene atmosphere and annual Urs celebration, it is a significant spiritual and cultural landmark in the region.

Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check-in at your hotel, relax and freshen up for the rest of the day.  We have time to stroll the Mall Road of Pahalgam. In the evening we enjoy a short Meet & Greet session. Later, we enjoy the dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03
Pahalgam – Srinagar

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel in Pahalgam and transfer to Srinagar. Enroute, we enjoy a Walk & Click tour of Betaab Valley. This valley was named after the Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab. The valley is surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and is covered with dense vegetation.

Later we spend some time playing in the snow at Chandanwari. Further, we proceed back to Srinagar. En-route we visit Kashmiri Cricket Bat Factory and take a photo stop at Apple Valley and Walnut Plantations.

Later after reaching the hotel, complete the check-in process, relax and freshen up in your room. The rest of the time will be free for leisure. Enjoy the dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

NOTE:

Please note that in Pahalgam, visiting Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley, Vehicle will be provided by us through your attached driver, specifically for visit to the Sightseeing places and such local Vehicle will be provided on the trip wise basis with a maximum halt of 60 Minutes at Aru, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari and should you stay for more than 60 minutes, extra hours will be charged by the driver and same should be paid directly by guest.

Day 04
Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, today we enjoy an excursion to Gulmarg also known as the Meadow of Flowers. First, we will start by enjoying the famous Gondola ride (one of the highest in the world) to only phase 01. We later enjoy, play, and have a fun time in Snow. One can also choose to take up skiing and snowboarding activities (at own cost). Later, after a full day in Gulmarg, we will return to Srinagar. Later, we will have free time for Shopping. In the evening we enjoy a get-together with our travel companions. We will enjoy our dinner and later, our overnight stay at the hotel

Srinagar

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, today we enjoy a small Trek to Shankaracharya Hill. Followed by, we will visit the iconic Shikara ride at Dal Lake. Later, we will visit Nehru Park and click photographs in colorful Kashmiri outfits (at your own cost). Further, we enjoy a Speed boat ride in Dal Lake (at your own cost). In the evening we visit Kashmiri gardens – Shalimar & Nishat Bagh. After a full day of adventure and sightseeing, we will return to the hotel. Enjoy our dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king-size / 2 Twin bed, early check-in, late checkout, no/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotels' discretion. We will request this for you as a priority.
  • Itineraries shared at the time of Quotation/Confirmations are tentative and may change on tour if required keeping in mind the safety of the passengers.
  • Tours are operated as per driver cum guide and no separate guides are arranged unless mentioned in inclusions.
  • No amendment/changes in the tour itinerary will be entertained by local vendors while the guest is on tour as the services are pre-booked and incur cancellation charges.
  • Expenses incurred due to mishaps, landslides, strikes, political unrest, etc. In such cases, extra will be charged as per actual.
  • A credit card with the required limit is mandatory if the passengers wish to book Self-driven vehicles.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to Force Majeure events, strikes, implementations of government rules/restrictions, lockdowns, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • We will not be liable for any cancellations due to any rules/restrictions imposed by the government of India. The client has to bear all charges imposed because of any such implementation. 
  • Booking Amount:
    • A booking amount of INR 30,000/- per person is required to confirm your reservation. This amount is part of the total tour cost and secures your place on the selected tour. The minimum booking amount is mandatory for each passenger, and it is a non-negotiable and non-refundable component.
  • Payment Confirmation:
    • The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the non-refundable booking amount. Until the booking amount is received, the reservation remains provisional and subject to availability.
  • Payment Methods:
    • Payments can be made through [bank transfer, Credit Card, Cheque payment]. Details for payment will be provided upon request or at the time of booking.
  • Remaining Payment:
    • The full and final payment for the tour must be completed as per the specified schedule outlined in the tour details or as communicated at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • The booking amount of INR 30,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of cancellation, the applicable cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total tour cost.
  • Name Change:
    • No name changes are allowed after the booking is confirmed. The booking is non-transferable to another individual.
  • Booking Confirmation:
    • Booking confirmation and all related communications will be sent to the email address provided by the traveler(s) at the time of booking.
  • Tour Participation:
    • Participation in the tour is subject to the full payment of the tour cost and compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Credit Note:
    • In the event of a cancellation, the refunded amount (if any) will be provided in the form of a credit note, valid for future bookings with Atlas Tours And Travels Pvt. Ltd.
  • Acceptance:
    • By making the booking and paying the non-refundable amount, the traveler(s) acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Standard T&C and booking terms and conditions.
